Privacy Policy
Scoor ("we", "our", or "us") operates the scoor.io platform and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Account registration data: name, email address, and password (hashed).

We also collect certain technical data automatically:
- IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
- Pages visited, referrer URLs, and session duration via first-party analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Scoor platform.
- Process email verification requests in real time via the MailGuard widget and API.
- Authenticate users and manage workspace access.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use email addresses submitted through your verification widget for our own marketing purposes.

Email addresses submitted for verification are processed in real time and are not stored beyond the transaction log (retained for 30 days for debugging and billing purposes). You may request earlier deletion at any time.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with:

6. Cookies
We use essential session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We use first-party analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may impact core platform functionality.
