Scoor is a SaaS platform providing lead scoring, sales automation, email verification, and AI-powered calling tools for businesses and sales teams.

Account Information: Name, email address, and encrypted password when you register. We never store plain-text passwords.

Billing Information: Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. Scoor never stores your card number, CVV, or bank details. We only store a Stripe Customer ID, subscription plan, status, and billing email.

Lead Data: Contact records, phone numbers, email addresses, and business information you import or capture through the platform. This data belongs entirely to you.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and session duration — collected to improve the platform.

Support Communications: Messages you send to our support team, retained to resolve your query and improve our service.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Scoor platform and all features.
• To process payments securely through Stripe.
• To send transactional emails: invoices, confirmations, password resets, and security alerts.
• To authenticate users and manage workspace access and permissions.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
• To respond to your support requests promptly.
• To improve our platform using anonymised, aggregated usage analytics.
• To comply with applicable Indian and international laws and regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. Ever.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your payment information is sent directly and securely to Stripe — Scoor never sees or stores your full card details.

By making a payment on Scoor, you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We store only: Stripe Customer ID, subscription plan, subscription status, and billing email to manage your account.

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Neon/AWS), payment processing (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), calling infrastructure (Twilio) — each under data processing agreements.
• Your Integrations: Data sent to GoHighLevel, Meta, or other CRMs only when you explicitly connect and instruct us to do so.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or regulatory authority in India or internationally.
• Business Transfers: With 30 days prior notice to users if Scoor is acquired or merged with another entity.

We retain your account data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after account closure, after which it is permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with standard accounting and tax requirements under Indian law.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@scoor.io.

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), and where applicable the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your personal data.
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes.
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on your consent.

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and core platform functionality. These cannot be disabled without breaking the platform.
• Analytics Cookies: First-party cookies used to understand aggregate, anonymised usage patterns. No personal data is shared with third parties.

We do not use third-party advertising, tracking, or retargeting cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
• Encrypted database storage at rest.
• Bcrypt password hashing — passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Role-based access controls within the platform.
• Regular security reviews and dependency updates.

Scoor is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have, contact us immediately at support@scoor.io and we will delete it promptly.

Your data may be stored and processed in countries outside India, including the United States, where our infrastructure providers operate. We ensure appropriate contractual safeguards are in place for any such international transfers in compliance with Indian law and applicable international standards.

This Privacy Policy is compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and via a notice within the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of Scoor constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
