Scoor provides email verification services using industry-standard techniques including syntax validation, DNS and MX record lookups, disposable domain detection, and SMTP-level probing. While we strive for the highest possible accuracy, we cannot guarantee that verification results are 100% accurate, complete, or current.

Specifically, email addresses returned as "valid" or "deliverable" may still bounce due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: mailbox quota limits, temporary server issues, catch-all configurations, greylisting, and changes to the email account after the time of verification. Conversely, some valid addresses may be returned as unverifiable due to restrictive server policies.

2. No Guarantee of Deliverability

Email verification confirms technical validity of an address but does not guarantee inbox placement, open rates, or the absence of spam filtering. Deliverability is influenced by your sending reputation, email content, frequency, and the policies of the recipient's mail service provider. Scoor is not responsible for emails that land in spam folders or are blocked by recipient servers, even if those email addresses passed our verification checks.

3. Lead Scoring and Enrichment

Lead scores, enrichment data, and firmographic information provided by Scoor are derived from third-party data sources and AI-assisted analysis. This information is provided for informational purposes only. Scoor does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of enrichment data. You should independently verify any information before making significant business decisions based on it.

Nothing in the Scoor platform, documentation, or communications constitutes legal advice. Compliance with anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and others), data protection regulations, and email marketing regulations is solely your responsibility.
