Scoring Criteria

Lead ScoringLast updated July 2026

Default criteria

The base score runs automatically on every lead with zero configuration. Scoor evaluates data quality and profile completeness, then returns a 0โ€“100 score and tier.

๐Ÿ’ก
Best practice: Sort your lead list by score descending. Work the top 20% first. Most teams see their close rate improve within the first week just from prioritisation alone.

Custom scoring rules

On Pro and Agency plans, you can layer custom rules on top of the base score. Go to Settings โ†’ Scoring Rules to add rules like:

  • +15 points if industry is "Coaching" or "Real Estate"
  • +10 points if company size is 10+ employees
  • โˆ’20 points if email is from a free provider (Gmail, Yahoo etc.)
  • +5 points if source is "Facebook" (high-intent traffic)
  • โˆ’30 points if country is not in your target list

Custom rules are additive โ€” they adjust the base score up or down, capped at 0โ€“100.

Pipeline signals

Lead scores update automatically as they move through your pipeline:
