What is the Power Dialer?

Scoor's Power Dialer is a browser-based calling system that lets your setters work through a scored lead list efficiently. Calls happen directly in Chrome — no desk phone, no separate softphone app, no extra hardware.

The dialer integrates directly with your lead scores and pipeline — so your setter sees the lead's score, enrichment data, previous call history, and notes all on one screen during the call.

Key capabilities:

  • Auto-advance to the next lead after each call ends
  • Auto-skip disconnected, invalid, and "Do Not Call" numbers
  • Call recordings saved automatically to the lead record
  • Post-call notes and disposition tagging
  • Sort call queue by AI lead score — hottest leads first
  • Mute, hold, and call transfer controls

Requirements

  • A Twilio account with at least one purchased phone number
  • Twilio Account SID and Auth Token (found in your Twilio Console)
  • Chrome or Firefox browser (Safari not supported for WebRTC calling)
  • Microphone access granted in your browser
  • Scoor Starter plan or above
ℹ️
Twilio pricing: Scoor doesn't charge per-minute — you pay Twilio's standard rates directly from your Twilio account. US/CA calls are typically $0.013–$0.022/min outbound. Australian calls are approximately $0.04/min.

Setting up

  1. Log into your Twilio Console and note your Account SID and Auth Token
  2. In Scoor, go to Settings → Integrations → Twilio
  3. Paste your Account SID and Auth Token and click Save
  4. Select the Twilio phone number to call from (or click the link to buy one in Twilio)
  5. Allow microphone access when your browser prompts
  6. Go to Calling in the sidebar — your Power Dialer is ready
