Enrichment credits
One credit is consumed each time Scoor enriches a lead — this includes email verification, AI scoring, company data lookup, LinkedIn lookup, and phone validation. All five happen in one call that uses one credit.
- Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
- Unused credits do not roll over
- Re-enriching an existing lead uses another credit
- Manual verifications via the API (
POST /verify/email) also use credits - You can purchase additional credit top-ups in Settings → Billing
Upgrading & downgrading
- Upgrades — take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- Downgrades — apply at the start of the next billing cycle. You keep full access to your current plan until then.
- Cancellation — you keep access until the end of your paid period. No partial refunds for unused time.
